Santa Catalina

Mercat de Santa Catalina was built in 1920 and is the oldest food market in Palma. It is filled with stalls selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, and gourmet products.

It is popular with residents, and also the yacht crews that are generally nearby, and also with those who have a keen ye for good quality food.

Llucmajor

Towards the end of September starts the big 3 weeks of fiestas in Llucmajor.  Normally it starts n the last Sunday of September and lasts until the middle of October.
